DELIVERY IN UKRAINE

Orders are shipped within 1–3 days from the date of order.
Delivery in Ukraine is carried out by the Nova Poshta service:

• to a branch
• to a post office
• by courier

The cost of delivery is calculated according to the carrier's tariffs and is paid by the buyer separately.

The estimated cost of the parcel corresponds to the order amount.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

International orders are shipped from Ukraine by Ukrposhta or Nova Poshta services.
We deliver worldwide to most countries, except for: Russia, Belarus, Eritrea, North Korea and Syria.

Estimated delivery time is up to 20 days.

The cost of international delivery is calculated individually and paid before shipment according to the carrier's tariffs.

Please note: KHOMUSKO is not responsible for possible delays at customs.

Customs duties and taxes are not included in the delivery cost. If they are charged, they are paid by the recipient in accordance with the rules of the destination country.

We have no ability to influence these costs or predict their amount.

Exchange and return of goods of proper quality is carried out within 14 calendar days from the moment of receipt of the order. Exchange and return of goods is carried out if the specified goods have not been consumed, their commercial appearance, consumer properties, seals, factory labels and original packaging are preserved, as well as if there is a document confirming the fact of purchase. We do not accept for return items that do not comply with our return rules. Such items will be sent back to the buyer.

Refund of funds for the goods is carried out in the form of payment in which the payment transaction was made.

If the goods were purchased in an offline store, the return can only be made offline.

In Ukraine, exchange or return of goods can be carried out using the courier service "Nova Poshta". Delivery in this case is paid by the buyer.
